US Work Visa
If the applicant has a job offer from a private employer, may apply for H-1B Visa on 1 April 2005 to qualify for the date limit of 1 October 2005. You can always ask with a job offer from a university or nonprofit entity or the United States government. The H-1B Visa allows three years of work in the U.S. and may be extended the US Work Visa. To qualify you need a four-year college degree (or work experience equivalent). If a foreign company opens office in U.S. managerial employees with one year of employment may come with an L-1 Visa (visa inter-company transfer).
