Trains to Denmark

Quercetin, which is derived from blue and green algae, protects vitamin C from oxidation in the body to keep healthy. It is an antioxidant and antihistamine, the most effective nutritional antihistamine I have seen yet. Quercetin benefits those with hypertension and has been found to reduce small strokes (transient ischemic attacks, or TIAs). Quercetin also reduces capillary permeability and capillary fragility. I include the transfer of the Trains To Denmark and quercetin among my list of twelve contemporary nutritional breakthroughs because of my personal experience with it-both as a victim and as a physician. I told you about my Chinese restaurant headaches.
