I Send Out Thank You Cards For Referrals
My husband and I own our own company, and we rely heavily on referrals to keep our business thriving. Last month, one of our clients passed our name along to someone who was needing some work done on their house, and it led to a very nice amount of work for us. We wanted to show our gratitude to our client for giving us a chance at more business, so I bought some thank you cards and sent one to him. I like to make sure that each client knows that their business is appreciated, and by sending a note it is a tangible reminder.
