The Link Between ED and Heart Disease

Men above 40 with erectile problems may be at risk of developing chronic heart disease as well as diabetes. This is the findings of a recent study by the Malaysian National Population and Family Development Board. It found that almost 60% of men between the age of 40 and 70 in the country’s Klang Valley suffered from erectile dysfunction (ED). A high percentage of them suffered illnesses like high blood pressure, heart-related problems and diabetes, which were possibly due to their lifestyle or inability to tell the truth about their state of sexual health. High blood pressure and diabetes are heart disease risk factors.
