The Fear of Surgery
When my father was told by his doctor that he would need Enlarged Prostate Treatment, he was convinced he would need surgery and was terrified of this. One the doctor realized this, he immediately assured him that surgery is not always the answer, while it may be an option or a last result. It turns out that my father was able to get a form of laser surgery, that is not at all invasive and my father was not made to go through a long and painful recovery. My father recommends his doctor to anyone and everyone who will listen, even he doesn’t know them.
