Bill decided that rather than put his son on his cell phone service, he was going to look around for a cheap phone and some phone cards. He wanted to find the cheapest one that he could because he knew his son would not take care of it. He had bought him a nice phone and had him on his service. His son had lost the first phone, and then the second one he dropped and broke. He did not want to keep buying expensive phones for his son. He found a place to buy inexpensive phones and found a deal on cards.
