He Makes an Extra Effort
The work on one project is finally completed and the work on the next project is about to begin. My husband has checked several times to make sure that he has everything all ready. The new project is a lot bigger than anything that his company has done in the past. He told me today that he has just ordered some more height safety equipment. He worries about his workers, especially when they are working from heights and he wants to know that he has taken every precaution that he can. His workers know that he makes an extra effort for them.
